Why Hanging Out with Girlfriends is Key

One of the best ways to add some excitement to your life is by spending time with your girlfriends. Whether it's a girls' night out, a weekend getaway, or just a coffee date, connecting with your gal pals can bring so much joy and laughter into your life. Plus, it's a great way to unwind, de-stress, and let out some feelings by talking.

Start a New Exercise Class

This one has to be my favourite..

If you've been feeling in a rut, why not start a new exercise class? Not only will you feel accomplished, but you're also likely to make new friends and you will feel like you accomplished something after it! Whether it's yoga, pilates, or dance, breaking a sweat and connecting with others is a surefire

way to add some excitement to your routine and will also give your mind more clarity.

I recently started pilates at Studio Lagree and it is probably the best thing I could have done for my body.  After just one class, my core tightened which made me feel even more motivated and excited to go back.

Eat Clean and Drink Lots of Water

Taking care of your body is essential for feeling your best. Eating clean and drinking lots of water will not only make you feel good on the inside but will also give you more energy and vitality. Your body will love you for it!  Try giving yourself a goal for the week and stick to it, this week aim to drink at least 1 L of water a day and limit your sugar and carb intake!

Treat Yourself

Life is too short to not treat yourself every once in a while. Whether it's something big or small, treat yourself to something you've really wanted. It doesn't need to be expensive, but what's the purpose of working so hard if all we do is work to pay bills? Treat yourself, you deserve it!

The Power of a Good Outfit

Never underestimate the power of a good outfit. Get dressed up in something you're comfortable with and take charge of your day!
