Feeling like life is a bit dull and lacking that spark of excitement? Don't worry, you're not alone! Sometimes we all need a little pick-me-up to bring some joy back into our lives - because life can get repetitive...if we let it.

Whether you're a woman or a girl, it's important to prioritize your happiness and seek out new experiences that bring some excitement into your life!

Why Hanging Out with Girlfriends is Key

One of the best ways to add some excitement to your life is by spending time with your girlfriends. Whether it's a girls' night out, a weekend getaway, or just a coffee date, connecting with your gal pals can bring so much joy and laughter into your life. Plus, it's a great way to unwind, de-stress, and let out some feelings by talking.

Start a New Exercise Class

This one has to be my favourite..

If you've been feeling in a rut, why not start a new exercise class? Not only will you feel accomplished, but you're also likely to make new friends and you will feel like you accomplished something after it! Whether it's yoga, pilates, or dance, breaking a sweat and connecting with others is a surefire

way to add some excitement to your routine and will also give your mind more clarity.

I recently started pilates at Studio Lagree and it is probably the best thing I could have done for my body.  After just one class, my core tightened which made me feel even more motivated and excited to go back.

Our made ribbed sets are the PERFECT duo for your next pilates or yoga class! Our favourite colour for summer has the be the mocha from our Sculpt collection - designed to move with you.

Eat Clean and Drink Lots of Water

Taking care of your body is essential for feeling your best. Eating clean and drinking lots of water will not only make you feel good on the inside but will also give you more energy and vitality. Your body will love you for it!  Try giving yourself a goal for the week and stick to it, this week aim to drink at least 1 L of water a day and limit your sugar and carb intake!

Treat Yourself

Life is too short to not treat yourself every once in a while. Whether it's something big or small, treat yourself to something you've really wanted. It doesn't need to be expensive, but what's the purpose of working so hard if all we do is work to pay bills? Treat yourself, you deserve it!

The Power of a Good Outfit

Never underestimate the power of a good outfit. Get dressed up in something you're comfortable with and take charge of your day! The Made Apparel Affirmation crew is the perfect little pick-me-up sweater. The sleeve has a special note that says "everything works in my favour" - a saying that means the world to me and helped me get through some of my darker times.  I'm optimistic it will do the same for you!

Not only can you mix and match the crew with leggings or your favourite skirt, but you'll also feel confident and ready to take on the world when you wear it.

Networking at New Events

Another way to inject some excitement into your routine is by attending new events and socializing with new people. Whether it's a networking event, a workshop, or a fitness class, putting yourself out there and meeting new ladies can open up a world of opportunities and new friendships. Who knows, you might just meet your new bestie!

There you have it ladies...

If you're feeling like life is a bit lacklustre, remember that there are plenty of ways to add excitement and happiness back into your days. Whether it's through spending time with girlfriends, networking at new events, embracing the power of a comfortable yet stylish outfit, or treating yourself, there are endless opportunities to create joy and make lasting memories. So go out there, have fun, and live your best, most exciting life!
